It starts from the eastern slopes of Khopa Mountain range. Its length is about 112 km.The waterfall is formed by the river running into Tortum lake. Falling from 48 meters up, and at a width of 45 meters. The river\u2019s source of water is mainly from snow and rain, and has periods of more activity. For this reason, the waterfall is does not consistently flow throughout the year.
