It is one of the peaks of the mountain range, situated close to the center. The altitude is 2929 meters above sea level. Artavaz lies on the outskirts of the village of Artavaz, 22 killometers far\u00a0 from\u00a0 Tsaghkadzor, the well-known ski resort. Nearby is the river Marmarik, and a water reservoir which you can see from the top of Artavaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artavaz has snow on its slopes for a while after winter, which makes it a good place for skiing. The ski trail starts from the village Meghradzor.
