It was conducted by Tigran Shahbazyan, a founder of Armenian Geographic Project and a board member of Armenian Hiking and Mountaineering Federation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main goal of the seminar was to inform people about the location and boundaries of the <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.armgeo.am\/en\/armenian_highland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Armenian Highland<\/a><\/span> and to present its hydrographical monuments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the seminar we spoke about the connection between the waters of Armenia and the modern civilization. The rivers, lakes and waterfalls of Armenia have a great tourism potential, but still we have a problem of popularization. Also we talked about the prospects of the development of water tourism in Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the second part of the seminar we watched the film &#8220;Katilners&#8221; directed by Ani Eghiazaryan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">November 3 is the victory day in the struggle for<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.armgeo.am\/en\/armenian-waterfalls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Trchkan waterfall<\/a><\/span>. 5 years ago on this day the construction of the hydroelectric station was terminated, because of which the existence of the largest waterfall in Armenia should have been threatened.
