On December 19 of 2016, in Elite Plaza business center our year conclusion event took place.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are 4 years old, during which we have had 230 hiking tours in the territory of Armenia, thousands of participants and dozens of discoveries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our main mission was and still is to present the geography of Armenia to people.<\/span><\/p>\n

We devoted our event to Artsakh, acknowledging how important trips are now to that destination. We tried to show people the tourism potential of Artsakh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Suren Danielyan, the vice president of Armenian Hiking and Mountaineering Federation, named 2016 \u00a0an incredible mountain year<\/p><\/div>\n

During our event we talked about the connection of geographical tourism and other types of tourism. The most interesting moments of this year were shown, especially our hikes to mount Mets Kirs, mount Qajkar, Kazbek and our trip to Hamshen\u2024<\/span><\/p>\n

Everything was accompanied by videos, photos and a lot of interesting stories.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\u054f\u0561\u0580\u057e\u0561<\/a>

The participants speak about their hike to Kazbek.<\/p><\/div>\n

To those who supported our project and have active participation were presented with certificates of appreciation.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the event was held a contest, which we named \u201cArmenian Everest\u201d. The participants had to calculate the relative heights of the mountains they climbed during this year with us. The first place was given to Karine Hakobyan, the second place \u2013 Viken Abrahamyan and the third place \u2013 Hrachya Ivanyan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our event was in partnership with Elite Plaza business centre. All of the money collected on that day went to the treatment of Ani Yerznkyan, who suffers from leukemia.<\/span><\/p>\n
