The Zangezur mountain range stretches towards the meridian. It starts from Southern Tsarasar and spread till the gorge of Araks river. The length of the range is 160 km. It is a watershed between the rivers Vorotan and Arpa.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are several mountain lakes near the summit of Zangezur range, such as Gazanalich, Kaputan, Tsaghkari, Kaptach and Khurjin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lake Tsakkar is located 2km east from Kaputan lake<\/a><\/span> \u2013 in a higher position (3272m). The lake area is 3 hectares. People also call it Sagkar.<\/span><\/p>\n
