However, there are a few nuances to follow. Wash it at a temperature not exceeding 40\u00b0C. Use liquid detergents instead of powder, and avoid using fabric softeners as they can clog the fabric&#8217;s pores and hinder its performance. Additionally, thermal underwear should not be ironed. Fleece-lined items are recommended to be washed inside out. After washing, do not wring out or machine dry the thermal underwear. Instead, hang it in a damp state to allow it to air dry gradually.
