Paddle boarding or SUP boarding<\/a><\/span> is a very fun and relaxing activity which can be done on lakes, rivers, reservoirs. It is also a great full body workout, as you use your whole body to control the board. During paddle boarding you can explore the water without swimming and getting wet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Though this is one of the fastest growing water sports in the world, in Armenia it is not a common type of water activity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
