Located at an altitude of 1,900 metres, it is surrounded by mountains, being also known as the pearl of the Armenian mountains. Monastery<\/h3>\n<p>In the morning we will continue our two-day programme and will drive to the monastery of Makenis, the history of which goes back to the depth of centuries.
