Kalasar Mountain
Kalasar mountain is located in Vayots Dzor province, in the north-west of the village Hermon.
The ruins of the erstwhile fortress can be seen on the top of the Kalasar mountain. It is considered to be older then Smbataberd fortress and the proof of that is the absence of mortar in the brick walls. In the territory of the fortress there are a lot of mountain goats.

From the top one can enjoy an amazing view of Vayots Dzor mountains, especially the view of Srkghonk summit of Teksar mountain range and Sevazhayr summit of Vardenis mountain range.
